What to Bring

 

Below is a list of some things you should bring to the retreat or might want to bring

  • Clothes for warm days (sarongs work very well) and cold evenings.  It can be either very hot or moderately chilly in Middletown! Please check the weather forecast to plan ahead!)
  • Plastic flip flops/thongs for the shower
  • Comfy walking shoes
  • Sunscreen and sunhat, plenty of shade at camp
  • Sunglasses
  • Water bottle, important if hiking
  • Ritual wear and jewelry
  • Alarm clock or watch
  • Cash in US currency for the Funk Trunk, books, massage, reiki, psychic readings or an astrology reading
  • Flashlight and batteries
  • Towels and personal toiletries
  • Bug repellent
  • Basic first aid supplies
  • Items for altars
  • Teacup, if you have a favorite

  THERE IS NO NEED TO BRING BEDDING

Other Items

·         Craft supplies to share – there is a great Art Studio

·         Networking items

·         Drums and other musical instruments

·         Extra snacks if needed, i.e., chocolate

·         Writing Journal


Environmental Sensitivity

Some of our campers are very allergic to scents so we ask that you not use strongly scented oils or perfumes or even some body & hair products. Also unless you are very sensitive to mosquitoes, please try the environmental bug off! products. Thanks for your help.
