HOW DO I REGISTER?
Fill out the REGISTRATION FORM — farther down the page, after the descriptions of lodging.
MAKE A DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION OF AT LEAST $150 - EVEN IF YOU WILL BE APPLYING FOR A SCHOLARSHIP. IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO PAY IN FULL, PLEASE DO. THIS SAVES US CONSIDERABLE WORK IN TRACKING AND ACCOUNTING.
PAY IN FULL no later than JUNE 13, 2025. You may do this on the day you register if you prefer. However, DO NOT PAY IF YOU ARE ON THE WAIT LiST. WE WILL POST HERE WHEN THERE IS A WAITLIST. PAY WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD YOU HAVE A PLACE.

NEED A SCHOLARSHIP?
We aim to make this retreat as affordable as we can and offer one full scholarship and a limited amount of partial scholarships. If you need one, please write us at afoolsjourney.org@gmail explaining your circumstances and do so by June 5th.
Lodging Options (includes all meals, lovingly prepared by our amazing chef):
Meadow Camping- $500/person
Space description: share a large meadow under the stars/walk to nearby shared bathroom/near main lodge. PLEASE NOTE: the meadow camping area is the least private of the lodging options and shares space with the ritual grounds, so if you like evening quiet and privacy, this is not your best option. We do usually wind down by 10pm at night, but this is not guaranteed. The camping meadow has low grass, is surrounded by trees and has some shade spots available. It is located near all the main activity areas of the camp. If you choose to camp you may want to bring earplugs/sleeping mask/or other tools to ensure your comfort. You will also need to bring a tent/sleeping bag, sleeping pad or mat and whatever else you need to sleep and rest comfortably in a camping situation. You can drive pretty close to the site to drop your things off, so it is relatively easy to set up.
Shared Cabin- $670/person
Share with one other person (two twin beds), walk to nearby shared bathroom. Varying distance from main lodge
Single Cabin - $680 (only one available)
Short walk to nearby shared bathroom.
Shared Cabin with adjoining bathroom- $680/person
Share with one other person (two twin beds). Share an attached bathroom. Varying distance from main lodge.
Founders’ Cabin
There are only 4 of these cabins which are more deluxe than the others. One is suitable only for a couple or those okay with sharing a double bed. The others have a bedroom with a double bed , a living room with a double futon and a private bath. There is one cabin with a bedroom with a double bed and in the living room, 2 single beds. Because of this pricing is more complicated. $810/person for 2 people, $670/person for 3 people, or $650/person for 4. These are usually in high demand and will go quickly. Be sure to let us know who your roomies are on the registration form. *** Please be aware that accessibility to these cabins may be challenging for some. Please ask us what to expect if you have any mobility issues. We are happy to help you out.

Accessibility
Please note: Four Springs is located on acreage which has largely been left in its natural state. Most cabins are located about a 2- to 5-minute walk away from the lodge, with tree-lined paths above the creek which gives Four Springs its secluded and sheltered feel. If you have mobility issues or special needs — especially if considering a Founders cabin — please let us know in the form below. We do our very best to accommodate needs, given the spaces available.

Step 2: Make a payment.
Once you have filled out the form, you can either make a deposit of $150 to hold your spot (even if you are waiting on a partial scholarship — but not if you are on the waitlist) or, you may pay in full if you prefer. Simply click the payment option of your choice, below — either PayPal or Venmo. *IMPORTANT: If using Venmo be sure to write FJ RETREAT in the “what’s this for” bar. If you are making a deposit only, please remember that the balance is due on June 13, 2025. Be sure to check out the cancellation policy below.

Want to sponsor a Scholarship?
This has always been about the magic and not the money. Facilitators are not paid. Our website does not allow for a sliding scale, but we ask you to consider seeing it that way. We have it priced as low as we can. We know even that low price will be a stretch for some of you. Fool’s has a wide diversity in financial privilege. Some are worried about paying for medical bills and eggs, some are worried about losses in stock portfolios. If you are the latter, please consider donating so we can be generous with scholarships. One challenge of the future will be sharing. Sharing is one way of fighting fascism and the culture of greed and self interest.Consider making a donation to the Fools Journey scholarship fund using any of the payment options listed below to make a donation of any amount. Consider it a magical act! Donations allow us to create space for all Fools by offering scholarships to those who are less able to pay. We are all this together!

Cancellation Policy
$150 of your deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions ‡ Full payment required by June 13th, 2025
If you cancel before June 7th we keep $150. Cancel between June 8th and June 30th we keep $250. If you cancel after June 30th it's a strict NO refund policy. No shows are also a strict NO refund due to the venue and caterer needing our numbers by August 1st. From August 1st on we will be paying for you whether you come or not.
Exception to the No Exceptions - If we have a waiting list and can fill your spot, a refund will be made.
‡ Exceptions to the No Exceptions II- If you are requesting a scholarship and we are unable to grant your request, and you cannot come, your retreat deposit will be returned to you.
